615 Bolyan incorporates sustainable design and energy efficiency with the principles of live, work, and play in downtown Raleigh. 615 Boylan provides loft style living with 15 condominiums and a double height street level retail space. The design takes advantage of existing grading conditions and locates retail commercial space close to the street, which will be occupied by an art gallery tenant. The second floor will have office commercial space including an art studio with an employee courtyard separating the two. The third level commercial space will be occupied by a high end fitness center & spa.

This mixed-use building is Energy Star rated and is fully equipped with energy efficient appliances and luxury finishes like bamboo flooring. Large full-length windows located on the south side of the building take advantage of abundant natural light and provide a fluid openness feeling. Private balconies are also located on the south side of the building. Incorporating green elements were a must for this sustainable design. 615 Boylan includes 3 green roofs, which are located over the art gallery and over the art studio. Residents will have access to the art studio green roof. The eastern 1/3 of the upper roof will have a green roof and the western 2/3 of the upper roof is reserved for photovoltaic panels and the employee courtyard will have green features as well. On site storm water retention will be implemented to help maintain all green spaces. 615 Boylan offers 2 levels of onsite parking with covered parking available.
